Open cooking is back!

our Sunday open cooking is back. From January, 20th 2013 you can watch our Chefs, Radek Hasman and Fabio Pollice, create a masterpiece right before your eyes. During lunch time, from 12 to 16hours one of our Chefs will prepare the traditional Italian soup "Brodetto". This soup comes from fishermen living in the Italian region Fano - "Brodetto Fanese."
The traditional Italian soup "Brodetto" with seafood is usually served with white bread and enriched with fresh lobster.
The price for a starter portion is 415 CZK and the main course costs 465 CZK.
