Special Evening Menu Pierpaolo Pecorari on June, 6th 2012

Dear guests and friends,

For Wednesday June 6th we have prepared a special menu to compliment our presentation of wine from the region Fruili Venezia Giulia from the famous producer, Pierpaolo Pecorari.

The Pecorari family winery is located in the northeastern part of Italy near the town Gorizia on the border with Slovenia. They owns in total approximately 30hectares of vineyards. The Pecorari Winery produces, in particular, local wines such as Refosco or Friulano (before it was called Tokai), but also international wines as Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay. The vineyards are farmed in a biodynamic way.

Their wine is famous throughout the world. The Italian Prime Minister as well as the President of the U.S. drank this wine. Pecorari wine also won many awards in national and international competitions.
