Spring news at Aromi

Improve and work on ourselves and move further.. These are the main premises that leads us each season to the fact that we are prepare a new seasonal menu. This time our new chef Peter Špejzl is in charge of that. He collaborated on this menu together with a creative chef of La Collezione, Radek Hasman and owner of Aromi Riccardo Lucque. They created very fresh spring menu which still holds the basic idea of Aromi - some of the finest dishes from fresh ingredients - fishes and seafood.
We have something delicious for people who prefer more of the meat - we will please them for example with saddle of lamb or veal neck "Porchetta". The uncrowned king of this menu is surely a cod whether smoked with a ragout of white Cannellini beans or salted with ricotta gnocchi.
Then of course there are the traditional Italian dishes such as gnocchi, risotto or fresh pasta. The entire menu is enhanced with delicious desserts, all of which protrudes out the ginger panna cotta with mango-chili sauce and marinated mango or roasted pineapple with caramel powder and yellow beetroot sorbet.
New spring menu has a premiere right now at Aromi and you can enjoy it for following few months. The brain behinf of a this á la carte selection is our new chef Peter Špejzl who has worked at Aromi since 2013. His previous work experience includes Four Seasons hotels in Prague (along with chef Andrea Accordi) or in Houston. Petr mastered his professional skills during his work placements in Ireland.
